Famous Emo Hairstyles
Hollywood is notorious for changing its look on a regular basis and
most are very beautiful but the ones that catch your eyes are the ones
that are done from the heart or feeling as most of these styling’s can
be categorized as emo.
Movies and television are just the first stepping stone for the fashions
of emo hairstyles but they were born and bread in our music. Musicians
just doing what they feel. That’s where emo started and still exists
most widely today.
My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way is a good example singing about ‘The
Black Parade’ with nearly white hair to ‘Desolation Row’ with perfectly
black. All members of the band changing their hair regularly and cuts
only an emo expert could pull off.
Ashley Simpson is another singer who has walk through her carrier with
several different, interesting looking hair styles. Hairstyles ranging
from red to black to blonde all mixed with anywhere from curls to gagged
cut. Now she’s not one to typically mix in too different a color like
blue but mix the hair with the tight cool look of the clothes and you
got a winning look emo look at times.

Confessional, and of course The All-American Rejects all bands that have
the emo sound and look and of course been massively embraced for their
emo sound making them all extremely popular.
The list of guy bands who have the look, talent, and sound of emo is
nearly endless but the thing I did notices researching this is that
there are nearly no girl emo bands and if a girl is in a “band” they are
with other guys and even that’s more rare then you’d think. But this
girl I know all too well because I listen to her myself. Paramore is
made up of four boys and driven by an amazing female singer named Hayley
Williams. A woman who’s had many colors from brown, blonde, fire engine
red, to a mix of yellow, red, and blonde all cut into hundreds of
different layers of which hear fans adored. |
